I am going to tell you the method of working this question out and you can calculate the actual numbers yourself.
1)Integrate f'(x), you should remember to add a constant C at the end
2)sub in the given coordinates into the integrated equation to find C with f(x)equals 1 when x equals -1.
3)Basically f(x)is the integrated equation plus the constant C you have found in step 2

Integrate f'(x) = 2x^2-3
f(x) = (2x^3)/3 - 3x + C
Sub in point (1,-1) to find C to therefore fully solve f(x)
