lol just because your friends go to another uni is no big deal. Half my friends went to usyd and uts while another bunch went to unsw. Some of us still meet up but that doesn't happen much anymore because everyone makes new friends at uni, and chances are they're better than the ones you had in high school.

I second Musk's post. Stop whining and look forward to it. When you sit in your first lecture look to your sides smile and say hi to someone.

I prefer that not many people are coming to the same uni as me. If they did, I would feel obligated to hang around them at the beginning (can't stand most of them). I prefer to not know anyone when I go there - fresh start.

Trust me the highschool thing of clinging to friends goes away, you'll meet new people by week 2. There'll be lots of changes for you guys just out of school, you'll enjoy it though, new people and things you'll do :) Enjoy yourselves at UTS I'm almost finished here I had fun, people are generally pretty cool.

All the best everyone
