Just remember to be kind to the people, and I'm sure they'll understand your predicament. Most people are understanding, so I'm sure you'll have a lovely first day.

Dont worry, ull b fine. First days are always shit, but for the first 2 weeks or so just keep ur head down work hard, make friends with the people u work with and ask them questions, and after that u should b used to the job and getting the hang with it and eventually it will come natrual.

Dw you'll be sweet. The anticipation is far worse then the actual shift lol
There will probably be heaps of new info thrown at you so just try take in as much as you can. Don't be afraid to ask questions even if you think they're stupid. It's better to ask a silly question then to make a silly mistake ;)
I'm sure everyone will be lovely and understanding.
Within a week or 2 you'll pick up everything and before long it will just be natural.
Have a nice first day =]

just relax, it will take time to pick everything up but remember (most) employers will cut you some slack for being new

Fucking exactly what I was going to say.

When I go into fast food stores, I don't expect five-star service. You cannot be worse than half the workers anyway as long as you shower and can speak/understand English.

I got a job at Hungry Jack's just to earn some summer holiday money.

I ended up staying there for nearly 3 years and becoming a Team Leader.

It's a fun job, the people are awesome and I made heaps of friends during my stint there.

Hope your first day went well! :)
