Muse... they continue to hold the highest play count on my computer.
And about the sample.. a friend of mine at school mentioned a website that you could sample it, I'll ask him unless someone manages to answer the question soon.

like the official muse website plays an endless loop of their tracks but you can't download them i just want to here how their new single sounds.

OMGWTFLOL this doesn't sound like Muse. it's so... synthesised. it sounds like... i dunno? it's not hard enough i tells you! it's not moody or edgey or fiery. it's not even dark or light. must hear rest of album. dunno maybe there's nothing in that song that stands out like their old work. kinda like with butterflies and hurricanes, sometimes i like it sometimes i don't.

haha i'm just mentally challenged. it took me unnecessary amounts of time to figure it out.
yeah transcendent; it doesn't sound very muse-ish, but if you listen to it quite a few times, you really start to see the muse elements in it. especially if you hear it on a live file. i might upload that later. lol.

Matthew Bellamy must have been blown by Alison Goldfrapp while writing this. The words "bitterly crushed" seem to underwealm the situation. And I love Goldfrapp. But I loved Muse. The two shouldn't be mixed.

live versions of 3 other songs are available; knights of cydonia, starlight, and map of the problematique. for those who hated supermassive black hole, i'm pretttttttty sure you'd like these other 3. they are phenomenal.

I'd say the single "Knights of Cydonia" will be available for download within a few days. I believe it's getting a US release on the 13th as a single. Haven't heard any of the album yet, can't find it. :S
