It's a lot cheaper to live here (also cheaper to have a night on the town) and there's actually relatively less crime (like in syd it always depends on where you are... e.g. you live in the northern beaches so there's less crime).
The thing about jobs is, all the guys say its a bit hard but if you're a young and relatively attractive girl its pretty easy. Retail jobs are harder to come by than waitressing jobs (which are really really easy to get).
I was going to leave newcastle for uni and didnt and dont regret it at all. i'm loving uni life here. Plus, its good because you're not TOO far from sydney so its just a quick train ride home if you're worried.
I hear that for your first year its much better to live on campus (and its cheaper than syd colleges) but then most people move out once they've made friends.
Public transport is okay but its better if you have a car. Driving in newcastle is so easy.
so no newcastle is not shit. It gets a bad wrap. Oh actually, one thing you may hate is that good fashion is not as accessible as there's not many shopping areas but if you know where to go its fiiiiiine!

I dunno. You have a high opinion of your butt. I'm sure you "accidently" dropped things in those interviews.

Actually thats not true at all. I hate it. I told you that its always a talking point (when people do talk about me) but that i dont like it at all. Im always doing my best to disguise it. Maybe if you listened instead of trying to hit me... lol.
