there is no difference between full time / part time in terms of classes you attend - it's all about load. everyone who is doing b. bus whether it be full time or part time gets to choose to attend whatever lectures and tutes fit them best, day or night.

visit this site, choose what subjects you want to do for both semesters, and let it answer all timetable questions.

Full time students have the choice to do evening classes... but hardly any do because they prefer classes in the daytime..

roadcone is right.

i'm in part time doing a full time load - 3 subjects, not four. - but i haven't had any problems (at least i think i am enrolled in the part time course).

i agree, the line is very thin.

its interesting though because from memory in those evaluations that we have to fill out towards the end of each semester, there actually is only one course code for b. bus i think, not one for PT/FT - i will wait to be corrected though because i don't exactly pay the largest amount of attention to these surveys.

Yeah we do the same subjects regardless of if we are a full time or part time student.

Whether you want to do 2, 3 or 4 subjects should be your choice.

Part time people generally do 2
People who wanna try and finish near the same time as full-time students do 3
doing 4 subjects and working full-time would be so intense though!

so getting into B Business FT is the same as getting into Business PT..

id like to think that PT students would get privelidges when choosing evening classes b4 n e fulltime student can enrol into them..

Do they allow that? I thought there was a minimum of 18CP for fulltime?

You can go part time during a full time course, but I was told by the admin that there is a time limit by which full timers have to finish - around 1.5 times your normal finish time. So for a 3 year course, you have to finish within 4.5 years or not get a degree, for 5 year courses the limit is 7.5 years, and so on. Part timers have this limit extended for them. Which means you can only do part time for so long or be in danger of not finishing your degree (if you're full time).
