Hi guys...
I think I really need to drop a subject since the years nearly over and im like soo stressed!

I have 13 units:
4U math
Adv English
Business studies
Biology
Chemistry
1U Religion

Ive been thinking so much and I really like everythign I'm doing, but why have 13 when i can have 10? T_T
Please help i really want other people's opinions too!

How are we supposed to give advices if you cannot tell us any of your OWN opinions? Can you at least tell us how you perform in each subject?

OOps sorrry i mustve rushed my post!
LOL the thing is i enjoy all my subjects...thast why im clueless...
I havent had any assessments yet...so do you mean prelim marks and results? O-o

4U math - Just started so getting the hang of it

Chem - 80-90%

Business - I do awesome at it, but it scales pretty bad

1 Religion - 98+

Biology - did pretty well last year but i think i enjoy the syllabus this year...fell asleep in most bio classes in year 11

yehp..so since i like all my subjects...doesnt it come down to scaling and how well i do in the ones i choose not to drop?!?

HSC kills me..and its only term 1...

It's funny how I did the same subjects as yours basically last year.

This term, I am doing 11 units and I would like to do 13 units next year with cosmology (i.e. if I get in). So there is nothing wrong with doing 13 units. Since you like all your subjects, why would you even consider dropping any?

If I were you, I would just wait this term and do the first HSC assessment and see how I go. See how you go and choose to drop a subject that you perform least well in.

If you enjoy/do well in your subjects, why drop unless you are forced to?

I'd say drop Biology, because, as you said, it scales low. Since you are getting 98+ for SOR 1, keep that and stick with 11 units.

Wait till your 1st assessment and drop your weakest subject.
