North Sydney Girls High School vs. Hornsby Girls High School (1 Viewer)

do you happen to know how to NSG English Faculty is? Cause apparently Hornsby's supposed to have the "best English faculty" out of all the selective schools.

Don't know about "best" but can confirm I learnt more by bumming off my girlfriend's study material given to her by their English staff (HGHS) than I did at NBHS (and I topped Adv and Ext 1)

The top 15-20 get insanely high English marks at HGHS

I thought Sydney Girls has a better English faculty as opposed to Hornsby? I might be wrong though

Don't know anything about hornsby, but NSG:

English - Alright, slightly lazy, there are around 3 teachers who are just downright terrible though.
Humanities - Really strong history+soco faculty (really really dedicated), dunno about legal, eco, geo etc
Maths - Pretty good in general but our best maths teacher just left
Science - Mostly terrible except for like one teacher in every subject, 2 good Bio teachers left this year. Hit and miss is very true. Don't know what to say about phys lol. Also marking is really dodgy
VA - Amazingly dedicated to seniors (but for junior school, hahahahahahahaha especially yr7)
