Not sure what to drop (1 Viewer)

Hey, I'm new to BoS, so please be gentle.

My current subjects are

- Ext 1 Maths
- 2U Maths
- Advanced English
- Geography
- SDD
- Engineering Studies
- Physics
total: 13 units

My school offers an accelerated maths program, which means that I will complete the 2U HSC course by the end of this year.

I am planning to do 4U maths in year 12, but I don't want to drop any of my current subjects until 1st term yr12.

Also, if I decide to drop 4U maths in yr12, I would still have a lot of options.

The thing is, I am currently coming 1st in geo, engineering, and I am confident that I will come top 2 in SDD after prelim. Physics I cannot drop.

So my question is, what subject should I drop if I decide to do 4U, or should I just do 14units for a term and see how it goes.

14 units is far too much for year 12

Since you seem to be good at all your subjects, just drop the worst scaling one, SDD.

If you do 4u, you'll have 10 units next year which is perfect since you'll already have 2u maths done.
