Does anyone know how to critically analyse the aims of the nsw cancer council? And does anyone know what strategies have been adopted by the cancer council to achieve it's goal of preventing cancer?

If anyone can help me asap, it would be much appreciated,

i believe their basic strategy is to deploy cute girls around central business districts in order to procure the credit card details of naive young newly-employed-boys-on-lunchbreaks, and then hope that said boys can't be bothered to cancel the monthly payments for four years and counting.

works pretty well.
