Lol, i heard about those missing votes too, on the radio.
Apparently there was a lady whose name wasn't in the roll probably because of some computer screw-up because she's voted before, then she told the supervisor at the venue... (skips crappy details)... and then, FINALLY, the supervisor calls some electoral commission woman, puts the phone in speaker-mode so the complaining person could hear, then they heard "Look, give her a form to shut her up, let her fil it out, then chuck it in the trash".
Bureaucracy's a bitch.
