On the website it says "Change your preferences for the Main Round by midnight on Sat 4 Jan."

Wouldn't that mean tomorrow? Yeah now I'm confused.

I believe its tomorrow. Last year, it was on the Saturday approaching Sunday midnight, so basically it's 11:59pm Saturday which is the deadline.
