Re: Easter show

I was just wondering if anyone knew what questions they'll ask you at an easter show job interview. It seems a bit dead in here, so I was a bit hesitant in posting. =/

Re: Easter show

I have an interview for the showbag sales on sunday too. I think they might ask you questions such as, what would you do in a particular situation, like scenarios? Why do you want to work? what experience?... i have no effing clue.

I went to the induction thing today for Hunter Leisure showbag sales.. and their pay rates are pretty good. if only i turned 20 before april instead of august :/

pay for 2006:
21+ yrs - $20/hr
20 yrs - $18/hr
18/19 yrs - $16/hr
17 & under - $15/hr

Re: Easter show

I did it last year and doing it again this year.
They really want workers to be available most of the 2 weeks, cos you're rostered on 12 days out of 14. You get at least 2 full days off which they schedule for you but if you want specific dates you have to give them notice.

Normally work hours go something like: start 9 or 11am, everyone works til about 5-6pm, then they start asking if you want to stay or go home. If you stay, you finish around 9-10pm. You get 30mins break for lunch and dinner, and two 15min breaks in between.
It's free entry every day, paid meals, discounted showbags, and on the last day flash your crew pass and you get to go on rides for free.
