Hey, anyone get 95 or above for IPT? Is the top mark 100?

Daniel Rose from Gosford High came top in the year. Is it just me or for the past few years first in the course in IPT has gone to Gosford? I know Gosford Hill specialises in IT - anything to do with that?

Oh, what percentage of students in the IPT HSC course do you think get band 6 in IPT?

Hahaha how funny is it that the one subject you detested and was (comparatively) worst at turned out to be your best :) I expect massive thanks for my tutoring efforts when i see you at UNSW next year :santa:

Williamc:

Business Studies 89/100 85/100 87 5 (was hoping to band 6..)
Economics 93/100 89/100 91 6 (hoping for 95ish)
English (Advanced) 80/100 77/100 79 4
Modern History 84/100 83/100 84 5 (maybe a tad higher....)
Mathematics 72/100 72/100 72 4 (wowww badd)

Overall i did wayyyyy worse than i was expecting. My exam marks were all higher, shows i did nothign throughout the year+ my year did pretty bad. SAM estimates 87.30. Last years cut off was 87 for my course. plz.
but i distinctly remember.........

you would do well to learn some modesty and humility. True confidence does not entail boasting. ;)

on topic - my results: they're a lot better than i was expecting! i messed up the externals, and altho my internals were good i thought i'd get pulled down....

economics 94
modern history 92
english adv 92
english ext 42
religionII 97
maths 94

i'm quite happy with it considering i was expecting lower, but i think i might still just miss out on my first preference.....tis okay. :)

 Don't worry. After this year everyone would have forgotten about the stupid HSC. Relax and there is more to life than the HSC. I did way worse and TAFE seems pretty good right now
