I got B, maybe I'm wrong.
My reasoning was this:

Part of Le Chatelier theory is that the system will attempt to counteract the change, but will never fully counteract it.

Thus, I found it more likely that it will undershoot it, and thus approach it asymptotically, rather than overshoot it and come down to it.

Why don't I use logic like that when I'm in an exam. My thought process.

"Uhh Uhh Uhh either a or b Uhh Uhh I've spent 20 mins on multis already just decide. Uhh Uhh a"

Nope, as pressure increases yield of Z increases. Thus 20 is D
