shouldnt H+ decrease and therefore HA becomes more ionised by shifting right? HA <--> H+ + A-

You are misunderstanding cause and effect. Q8: Graph gives you that as temperature decreases, pH increases (this is the effect). Now you have to find the cause - so 8 is B (it must have become less ionised and H+ concentration decrease)
