Does the time of nominations vary each year? I was wondering if I could have been nominated, but no news yet. But looking from the thread, it seems that they come out every September?

fricking hell, i was really hoping my ip (costume design) would make it :'(

It means 90+ aka a band 6, not 29-30.
But not all band 6's are nominated for onstage, but in order to get into OnStage, it must be a band 6.
