So, turns out Palestine has been accepted into  UNESCO quite unanimously (107-14). Not long after this the US pulled their funding from the organization (about $80 million annually, aka 20% of UNESCO's entire funding) lol. As a result of Palestine's acceptance into UNESCO, they can enter WIPO, WHO, IAEA as well as 13 other UN organizations.
