Paragraph Structure (1 Viewer)

Hello,
I am not sure how to correctly lay out my paragraph in a PEEL paragraph.
Point- Topic sentence
E- Example
E- Effect
L- Link
I know this is the format but does this mean in a paragraph I start off with the topic sentence, followed by MY preference of 3 quotes and analysis and then finally the linking sentence at the end that relates back to my thesis?

I was told not to use the PEEL paragraph structure anymore as it is not sophisticated enough for years 11 and 12
