guys how in the world is the answer to this D

Ottawa Charter questions are whacked, but you just kinda have to eliminate. Immediately, it's not A or C because developing personal skills isn't relevant and it's 'building healthy public policy' because it states that it's a government initiative/policy. Then, it's not going to be 'reorienting' because it's not stating that the plan is aiming to prevent anything (since reorienting is about taking a preventative approach to healthcare instead of treatment) . If the question was something like, 'The government is introducing a plan to improve access to telehealth in order to prevent some kind of illness,' then it would be B.

All my notes are separated as institutional and non institutional

Institutional
- hospitals (public and private)
- Nursing homes
- Psychiatric hospitals
- Ambulance

Non institutional
- Medical services (GPs and specialists)
- Health related services (ancillary services)
- Pharmaceuticals (PBS scheme)
- Community services
- Research organisations (NHMRC)

Choose ONE alternative health care approach

Describe strategies consumers could use to help them make an informed decision prior to using this approach.

???? Like the one thing I haven't gone over lol, how do you answer this

u would pick an alt approach eg herbal medicine, acupuncture and then go over how they can make informed decisions to trust it e.g is the approach scientifically tested, is the person is qualified, what treatment is offered and how is this beneficial over western medicine etc
