Yeah I said psychologists as well to see if they are confident and make sure they aren’t feeling pressure to return. I was also a bit confused with the warm up procedures because I thought they were used to prepare them more not show readiness but I said if they can do additional activities that are specific to sport and injury they should be ready
yeah me too bc thats what I thought about specific warmup procedures so I just talked about what they were, did some examples of a specific for an athlete returning from a hamstring tear and then kind of linked in pain free and degree of mobility in and said that if during specific warm up they felt pain or their degree of mobility was bad then they wouldn't be ready to return. No idea if thats right though bc I was so confused

Yh it felt very disjointed. For psychological I just said using sports psychologists. The specific warm up procedures I wrote fine, but I didn’t think you used them to determine readiness. But I linked to the indicators so idk hopefully all good
I relied on some sports example I remembered LOL but yeah I mainly talked about mental readiness, confidence and psychologists

yes me too - and it definitely should be correct as its the 4th highest cause of mortality (breast cancer is 5th) according to the most recent stats from AIHW

Do you know what number the gross to fine one was because I have my answers written on my hand but don’t know which question was which. For the second question my teacher said it was endurance

I chose A for that one, the free throw one cuz I think a start off the athletic blocks requires a more gross explosive movement than the continuous kayak row.

Yeah athletics block start is 100% your whole body. paddling is at least not your legs, so its already more fine than a block start
