Are the people nice at Macq?

Also, has anyone watch community? Do those groups really happen?

Also, I love the personality of Annie, do many people exist like this?

like everywhere else, there are lots of different kinds of people.

i dont think so. there won't be a study group that actively tries to take the same classes together for all the semesters.
generally people just tend to stick to themselves. they might try talk to the people sitting next to them but that's it.
you'll also only have 3 or 4 of the same people in different units as you, so it wont be like in community where they all take the same classes.

if you want to hang out together in a clique i'd suggest for you to join alot of social groups.

Annie is scripted. There probably are people like Annie but quite rare as she exists in an idealized world.

I went to usyd for a semester and ended up transfering to mq. In my experience, the people at mq are a lot nicer. And the uni has a g reat atmosphere overall - very relaxed. But as 'theism' said, there are all sort of people.
