I hate having my period..the only good thing is that its every 5-6 weeks & it lasts for 3 days..but the 2nd day is the worst...since my periods started i always use nightpads & never tampons cos my period is so freaking heavy.

The camps are so unbelievely bad...so i have started using chemist's own period pain pills..it seems to work for the moment.

I dont think i can cope with anymore really bheavy periods & cramping..wiyth added dizziness!!...yay!

Im thinking of seeing a speacialist cos it could be something worse..

naproxen is suppossed to be real good for period pain.
but its prescription medicine only.
