hi, welcome to the boards, I notice its your first (and only)post!
I'll give you one of my introductions. (these are speech openings)
‘The journey leads to greater understanding.’ This notion of inner growth resulting after undertaking a journey is supported strongly in Skrzynecki’s ‘Crossing the Red Sea’, ‘Post Card’; Geok Lin Lim’s extract from ‘The town where time stands still’; the cover of ‘Route 66AD’ and, Matthew Condon’s ‘Diamonds are Not Forever’ (Good Weekend Jan 4 1997). In these texts, it is the journey, not the destination, which had the most profound impact on the traveller.

"A physical journey is not only a movement from a location to another but a process of growth, an enhancement of a person’s being. Physical journeys lead to experiences and challenges. We learn from experience and there is no comparison in understanding than that of the understanding one gets from hindsight. Physical Journeys incite inner development and emotional growth, as one deals with challenge and adversity it is said that they learn more about themselves and the world. "

basically, an individual or group takes a physical journey which results in greater understanding and growth (inner development).
So just establish this vital point. And the examiner would know that you understand what the whole POINT of a journey is.
