Hey :) I'm currently in year 11 commencing year 12 studies next term.

I will commence studies for physics, biology, 4U maths, advanced english, and I was thinking of getting tutoring on top of school, especially physics.

I'm currently thinking of doing physics, biology, and advanced english tutoring with matrix online for term 4, but I was not sure if matrix+ is enough for me to achieve high band 6s in these subjects. Have you got any recommendations?

Also, I've heard such good reviews about Sigma Science at Parramatta, do you guys think it is better for me to attend there, rather than keep up with my own pace with matrix online?
If you guys have any alternative sciences or english tutoring that worked wonders for you, I would be happy to take them into consideration. Thanks!

Sigma science is rlly amazing for physics, had to stop going due to travel issues but I'm for sure going back in year 12. Their resources are pretty much top notch and the way they explain concepts really separates themselves from other tutoring centres. Sigma Science for physics would be my top preference for tutoring for sure and I'd 100% recommend u to go there.

By any chance you cannot attend Sigma, consider Zhangs (Strathfield) or PEAK tuition. They would be my top preferences too (Both produce insane reuslts like sigma) only exception is Zhangs have already started their year 12 content so defo take that into consideration.

For english I'd recommend doing private tutoring or jst go to a tutoring centre renowned for good english results, i believe matrix english tutoring is a complete waste imo because it just doesn't really correlate to ur school syllabus and the texts you are doing (my own personal experience). Doing private tutoring will ensure everything you learn will be relevant.

I've honestly heard better things about sigma than Zhangs, and having experienced the tutoring myself I can confidently say its true. But really at the end of the day, Zhangs or Sigma Science, it matters how you use that tutoring and make it effective or not. Both really don't outweigh each other because both are really great but it matters what @kyoripark would want for herself. Like location, pricing etc.
