Could someone please explain how to do part a of question 4 (the vectors one) of the phys1121/1131 problem set 1 in the homework book? I would scan it but my printer is being gay and not wanting to scan for some reason.

i(5-(-2) +4)
j(4-2+3)
k(-6-3+2)

since it says r=a-b+c do the same thing for each direction.

Thanks, that has given me some ideas. Isn't the answer -130i -202j though according to the answer beneath the problem?
