i'm currently thinking through a few different piercings.

but it'll be awhile before i get anything else done. where i work at the moment, its barely acceptable for me to wear my tongue piercing.

and the problem with horizontals is that they're a surface piercing. so =\ risky.

wings sound awesome though, that'll look cool.

well I got a tattoo today; it didn't actually hurt as much as I thought, but my older brother was pulling baboon faces at me (so i guess that helped me stop concentrating on the metal dragging through my skin).

Yes well it's on my left wrist, it's not too sensitive there (not that i have any other tatts to compare it to), and it's quite small so it only took about 5 minutes or so.

Believe it or not, my parents actually approved.

I have 7 piercings and wanna get a tattoo on my lower back but haven't decided what yet. plus cause of my rent's they'd kick me out of home

out of most of the people i knew who got it down around 75% got infected.

and they would squeeze pus out of their bellies to freak us out

I am meant to be anti-tongue rings due to my degree, BUT "normal" tongue rings I deem to be okay. (Although i fucking cant get one)

Yeah if you get one at the front of your tongue (rather than the middle) chances are that you're gonna chip your teeth eating/speaking. Your tongue tip has A LOT of movements very close to your teeth
ie) every time you say "th" "t" "l" "sh" "d" "s" so tongue peircings close to the tip are worse for teeth than one in the middle

With the horizontal peircings i definitely wouldnt recommend, especially with an existing peircing in your tongue.. But then again i am meant to be extremely pretentious when it comes to tongues. It DOES look pretty rad though

I'm pretty wary of surface peircings to start with and its just not something i'd risk in a place as important to breathing/talking/eating/survival as the tongue

oh yeah that its not that big a deal, the chipped tooth is towards the back and its a tiny chip.

just don't get stoned and if you do wear plastic ones.

doesnt hurt!
me and my friend got it at the same place, same time, she had to take hers out a year after coz it got infected, but mine is fine, never any infections nothing....
i cleaned it everyday for about 6 months though.. thats why.. and even now and then i take it out and clean it in iscocol (rubbing alcohol)
ive had it for just over two years.
