Hmmm...im up to 2500 words for my PIP but im kinda stuck..
I'm just not sure what else to discuss.

My topic is 'Does violence in movies trigger aggression in today's adolescence?'
I have so far discussed violence in movies/entertainment throughout the past and present, and its subsequent effects on particular people. I have one long case study, and a section on one of my methodologys (questionnaire.)

However, I'm hoping to expand it a little. I'm just not sure what else I should delve into...

Any suggestions?

Firstly, don't feel that you HAVE to reach the word limit for your PIP. It is better to have 2500 (or whatever the minimum word count is, I've forgotten) words that all have value and add to the point you are trying to make than to have 5000 words - half of them being pointless waffle.

In terms of your PIP, firstly i would recommend trying to incorporate you methodology/ies throughout your chapters/main body. You may have already done this, but from what you said in your post I got the impression the that the only place you had used your questionnaire was in a section/ chapter on methodologies. By incorporating methodologies into your main body you are able to show the marker very clearly how your research has helped your understanding of your topic and also it provides a very clear link between your discussion and how it relates to your methodologies.

In terms of other things to discuss...maybe something on violence and how it affects the socialisation of adolescence?...

hope that helps.
Good Luck.
