question's 9 and 10 are very similar, maybe change them a little more. Also, while I understood each question, I'm not sure if they average everyday person or student will. The language you have used is very sophisticated and SAC-like, I would consider making the questions a little more 'user-friendly'. Other than that, I think the questionnaire will provide you with the right results you are looking for!! good job
