right, i currently trying to write my PIP and i don't know if i can use the name of the professional i interviewed....

mine is on how a late diagnosis of ASD impacts a persons ability to form relationships and their self-perception. i interviewed a psychiatrist that specialises in autism, and i dont know if i can (should???) use his name and credentials.

From experience, it is advisable to not put names or any identifying information into the body in your report to ensure confidentiality. I'd just put something like... "from speaking with a psychiatrist who specialises in ASD..."
