i know this is an easy question but I've hit a blank (probably overdone myself)
Can someone please help me out with:

"Analyse the possible impact on management AND employees of outsourcing programming."

It's from the 2008 paper. question 23/ b

disadvantage:

Ahh, 2008 HSC.

Make sure you include managing change, because apparently that question is meant to target band 6 students, who can decipher which topic it comes from..

(ALso with Disadvantage for management, incorporate the possibility of industrial action from worker dissatisfaction, which will impact on management, etc.)
