I don't see any asterisks. Do you mean the V?

It stands for vacancy. A letter ‘V’ shown in brackets after the cut-off indicates that some places may be available in the Late Round.

An (*) which replaced the atar from the main round means:
1. No offers were made in the late round as no one probably applied for that course!
2. No offers were made in the late round as there were no vacancies left!

Either one of the above applies to the courses marked with an *
If you had nursing as your 1st preference and if it had an *, you have a 50:50 chance of getting in if you meet the atar cut-off from the main round and if there are still vacancies left.

Thank you :) my atar is 68 and i have disadvantages which i have applied for and i qualify.

There is an asterisk if u checked nursing in western sydney at canpletown. Its in the above link

No there's not. You linked to the main round cut-offs, not the late round. Hence the confusion.
