Please improve compatibility with Windows 95 / Internet Explorer 3.0 (1 Viewer)

Unfortunately, some of us aren't lucky enough to have access to modern computers and internet browsers, some of us are still on Windows 95 and the BoS website doesn't render very well and is hard to use

Please improve compatibility with Internet Explorer 3.0.

1. You're trolling. That's not your computer, it's someone else's.
2. If you're not trolling, IE is the worst browser to use. Try another browser--I use Opera, and I know 10.63 is the last version that supports Win95. It's not that old a browser version--we're up to 11.10 now. I don't know about FF, and Chrome I know doesn't support systems older than XP.
