Hey

I forgot the name of course i'm aiming for but i'm aiming for like 96 ATAR+. I kinda fkd up english badly in the half yearlies and have covered 40% of the course in terms of internal marks and have done really horribly and I was wondering how badly english would affect my final atar.

ALSO if i've performed horribly so far for the first 40% internally, what are the chances of me getting a band 5/6 in the end and what type of results am I looking at to achieve this.

AND AND AND ATAR ESTIMATE PLEASE?

I'm coming top 10 in Economics, Maths ext 1/2, Physics but like bottom 10 for adv english and my school is ranked around 140? What atar am I kind of looking at?

english looks like it will sting you.. being a compulsory inclusion into your best 10 units

i'd say your looking at low 90s at the moment, no reason you can't still get 96+ though

English is going to bring down your ATAR by a mile.

Work extremely hard to pull up your English - it is the one subject that has to count after all.

omg are you guys serious? I thought that top 10 is good for the maths extensions that he/she has got! Low 90s? I want a 96 too, but I don't think I am doing any better:

Maths 2u: 22/79
English advanced: 28/61
Economics: 4/20
Business Studies: 4/42
Chemistry: 6/52
biology: 8/52

How about me?
I've always been midway for english...could i get well into the 90s ATAR?

if you're bottom 10 in english, you are probs looking at band 4 which at the moment will impede on you getting a 96
