Simple answer - yes.

Remember that school ranks - particularly at that level - are very fluid.

My school, a couple of years ago, was ranked even lower than that and we always had students with ATARs over 95. We were ranked in the top 200 last year and who knows where we will be this year - somewhere between 150 and 500 I suspect.
