if i failed my half yearlies, to what extent would it affect my ATAR?

to what extent it would affect your atar, quite dramatically in saying that, u still have task 3 and trials left. trials are approx 40%
you still have a great chance of getting a good ATAR if you are motivated to achieve.
keep your head up, and go hard!

Well if you lack motivation, then you need to find some. Make short and long term goals etc...

as previously stated theres still over 50% for most if not all of your subjects, just get the motivation and do you will see an improvement in your marks

And remember it's about rank, so maybe everyone else failed to, you never know

I think you should put in some effort to search for what you really enjoy. Maybe it's not so apparent yet.
