does anyone remember the CSSA crime extended response question?

for the cssa qn my cohort all got clowned by the legal teachers for thinking we could right only abt defences when u only needed like 1 para on it
and my teacher also said some other school that did the cssa paper got a hint and got told they didnt have to solely talk abt defences honestly is that even allowed
