i have a super 4ghz processor with 2 gigs of ram and liquid cooling

really? i thought 4 gigs isnt out in the market yet? are u pulling my leg? and whats liquad cooling? for some reason when i think of liquad cooling it creates an image in my head of yuor PC submerged in liquad nitrogen for that cooling effect .

Fortunately for you the disc would have "exploded" inside the drive under mechanical stress long before it gets to 200x.

Its the exact reason you don't often see CD drives rated more than 52x.

4GB RAM
500GB HD (Partitioned into 200GB/300GB)
NVIDIA GeForce 8500GT

hoping to get a core i7 system with 8GB ram, 2TB hard drive and ultra pro graphics card some time soon...

uhh why? imo you just need to upgrade your cpu and video card for better performance in most of the games that are out these days

unless you want to play crysis 2.

uhh why? imo you just need to upgrade your cpu and video card for better performance in most of the games that are out these days

unless you want to play crysis 2.

Apparently Crysis 2 is gunna have lower reqs than Crysis :O

Also 402~'s mobo may not be compatible/particularly efficient with a new cpu/gpu.

Mine current comp is similar to myst1fy's but 9800GTX+ graphics card.

Hoping to get something like this soon though:
AMD Phenom II X4 965 Quad Core 3.4Ghz
600W PSU
4G 1333MHz RAM
1TB HD
1G 6850/70 or GTX 470 graphics depending on price

Yeh, they said it will be better graphic quality but lower system requirements. They said this in like March last year though so not sure whether it's changed.

Didn't wanna say because I have no idea if it's compatible with everything but yeh, something along these lines.
