Currently using laptop as main computer;
I5 2.6GHZ
500GB HDD
4GB DDR3 RAM
RealTek Sound Card (nothing incredible, but makes a pretty big difference on a laptop)

Re: Post your system specs

Gateway Intel Quad Core 2.66GHz
4gb RAM
1TB disk space
NVIDIA GeForce GT320 Video Card

Have I missed anything?

I can run pretty much all the latest games, including Black Ops (apparently its the most graphics intensive game out there, can someone verify whether this is indeed true?) on decently high settings.

lol no, black ops is no where near the most graphics intensive game. For the majority of the last 4 years has been Crysis. Sure there are some games that look better, but the level of strain that Crysis puts on a SINGLE graphics card, is ridiculous, even the high range of single graphics cards like the ATI HD5970 can only do like 15-20 fps on MAX ULTRA SETTINGS.

That's why you should always get at least dual-gpu's crossfired, or SLI'd.

Also, this is just my prediction, but the era of increasing graphical intensive games is dying. PC gaming is dying, with all this piracy issues and what not, game developers are looking towards console gaming, which still has the best of 2006-2007 graphics. So until we get a next-gen console, we ain't seeing anymore high graphic intensive-ier games. Even crysis 2 has crappier graphics that Crysis. Why? Because it's on the console =(

Re: Post your system specs

Core 2 quad Q9300 (2.53ghz)
5gb ddr2 Ram (3x corsair XMS2 + 1 A-data piece)
ATI 4890 1GB (Sapphire Vapour X)

Playing everything on high settings

Only thing i'd upgrade in future is the graphics card and probably get a more quality psu (as mine gets loud at times ~generic), oh and wouldnt mind an SSD (have one in lappy) they really make a difference.

Re: Post your system specs

^ I was going to purchase 6GB Kingston Hyper @ MSY, however my mate told me it wouldn't work and that I could only run on 4/8/12GB. Damn.
After the HSC I'll probably get a MacBook Pro since I only youtube, BoS and etc.
