I went to a law firm.
If anyone wants the name of the law firm just msg me or something..
I probably wont post it publically because its my mums managers client/s
I went there during may for work experience. It was really good, i attended court almost everyday.. and they teach you about attending court and everything else.

Yes! i would like to do work experience at a law firm! i cant find any spots! i would like to do it from the 16-20 NovembeR?is there still spaces? MsG me!!

I'm working at QVB for my work experience. Just retail - nothing interesting. All the good places were either busy, gone or not interested. I originally wanted to work at MCA but you had to apply a year earlier. :mad1:

Im hoping if i can do it at Amnesty International ! But i called them and they said they dont think they have a work experience program and then she said she'll transfer me someone whos know more of this stuff. But then something happened and they phone line hanged up on me. ==' Purrrrfect ! Wells i called all these human rights organisation in Australia and they generally were no help and had a mixed response though the organisation 'getup' is quite positive about giving me a position but... its more like a 'activist' organisation then human rights kinda thing. I needa call amnesty again. =='

For anyone else looking for an interesting place to do work experience, the Defence Force has a good program going...I'm going there later this year to do work experience at Orchard Hills (at DEOTS )

damnnnnnn ! I just saw the website! I didnt know that the defense force had work experiencee! All the spots i wanted are filled ! And i dont wanna do catering . Is it when you just serve food? I dont think i can even hold two dishs at the same time. Aghhhh lucky you ! Thanks for the info ! =]

Work experience for me was at Macquarie Uni in the Psychology Dept.

It boiled down to attending lectures (which the Work Experience supervisor didn't keep a tight watch, over so quite many lectures were missed), and occasionally a staffer giving a tour.

also try csiro....i know that when you do work experience there they do hands-on stuff with you..

I work experienced @ the CSIRO Materials Science + Engineering site in Lindfield, and I loved it; a lot of hands-on stuff as sikhman said.

I highly recommened prospective work experience people to consider that place.

Just got turned by the Human Rights Commission. Danggg ! Does anyone know any other human rights organisation that does work experience? I've already tried Amnesty and they dont do it anymore.

Taronga Zoo.

I reckon it's worth it if you like animals, enjoy 5 free days at the zoo, and like the 3 hour breaks to explore it.

But yeah... after the first 3 days, it becomes pretty much a bore.
Don't go to the Bird Division... they make you wash plates and buckets =[
I heard the Reptile Division is fun though.

Anyhow, I worked at Myer Chatswood... retail is hard work and hurts your feet by the end of the day :X
