all of those questions are 15 mark questions.. i wasnt really bothered writing out other questions because they are pretty straightforward.. these questions require analysis
in the hsc:
part a: 4
part b: 6
part c: 15
total: 25

HAY, that Groups in context one, about equity, was in my half yearly!!! We had to choose two groups - I think I did Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders and Gays and Lesbians.

You can also go onto the "real" (ha! not as good as this!!) Board of Studies website and do practice multiple choice questions. It's on the main page, just scroll down a bit, then choose CAFS. It asks you how many questions you want and gives you a timer so you know what sort of time management you need.

Seriously though we're given 20 mins for 10 m/c q's and I'm always finished them within 5 mins. Practice helps!!!

you can get heaps of essay questions out of the syllabus.. in the 'students learn to'.... eg. Examine the effects of resource managing in parenting and caring styles..... u can take that and make it into a essay question.. that's what my cfs teacher does sometimes

there is no catholic trial for CAFS as it is a new subject and there isnt a group of teachers bothered to sit down and write one.. so each school needs to make their own (which is why your trial probably has your schools logo on it rather than the cssa cover page)
hopefully ill be taking in a few extended responses to mark.. i lost 8 marks in my parenting and caring one in the trial :( if i got 4 marks more i would have gotten 90 damn lol
