Yeah, marketing strategies are driven by market segmentation. For a marketing strategy to exist, market segmentation needs to occur which explains why market segmentation is at the start of the strategies section of the marketing syllabus.

You don't. You will get highly penalised if you get caught. The HSC markers are informed of over 5 of the major case studies schools study each year (Qantas etc..) and are provided with statistics based on that the year of examination. If caught you will immediately be put in the Band 3 range.

Dont risk it ...
covid-19 level of fear mongering

@jimmysmith560 is it true that you can get caught for using fake case studies?
When the case study information provided is unrealistic, it is likely that markers will notice. If this ends up being the case, the response may receive a lower mark due to less effective incorporation of case study material.

When using real-life case studies, it is important to be familiar and include accurate information and figures. If using hypothetical case studies, you should ensure that information and figures provided are realistic.

The term of the employment, that is, whether it is permanent or fixed-term, does not determine the entitlements. The type of employment determines the entitlements. For example, a fixed-term full-time employee and a permanent full-time employee have the same entitlements, the only difference being in the term of employment. A fixed-term full-time employee is employed for a certain duration (for example, 1 year), whereas a permanent full-time employee's employment is ongoing, that is, there is no set end date.

In addition to the number of hours of work, terms such as "pro-rata" and "casual loading", which are associated with part-time and casual employment respectively, can help you identify a particular type of employment.

I would recommend the following Fair Work Ombudsman pages for information on full-time, part-time and casual employment:

Thank you! But how would u know which one it would be for a question like this: 1729985525826.png
I'm still confused on what to look for when trying to find the answer.

so there wouldn't be any entitlements if she's part-time?
yes there would be, but the amount of entitlements will be proportional to the amount of hours she will be working. for example, if she is working 19 hours (1/2 of full time week of 38 hours) she would have half the entitlements compared to a full time worker

like i said above, part time workers get everything a full time worker does just less
yeah, if you've worked a job before its easy to apply your experiences with the hr questions and what rights you had as an employee
