Oy Vey!!!

English ADV exam was a disaster! So much so I think it made me racist. Nah I have moral values still, but man I think I have gone insane! What are the signs of insanity again?

3 essays? How long is the paper?

its two hours with 5 minutes reading time so about 40 minutes each essay!

What were the essays on? just our modules for advanced english? were they phrased?

i have my first prelim exam in two hours ARGH. thank goodness its legal studies so i should be OK

The essays are on:
1. Area of study- changing self
2. Our poetry unit (close study of texts)- Percy Shelley
3. Comparison of texts and contexts- Othello and O
haven't done the exam yet but its freaking me out. Especially because its on the same day as my chemistry one which sucks.

Those of you who have already done your exams, could you tell me what you are going to be doing for the next three weeks as you can't start the HSC courses until the beginning of Term 4.

My school hasn't even issued the exam timetable yet - exams are Week 10 with results back next term as we start the HSC courses.

I finished all of mine yesterday, we go back to school next week but i'm not sure what we'll be doing...i still have an extension english assignment though!! Our exam results have to be in by week 10 so we can get our yearly reports over the holidays

My exams start next Wednesday and finish the Wednesday after. I've got five exams, all 2 hour, and I get two full days off, as well as three half-days. I think I should be OK.

why are u scared for ?
relax its nothing big, my exams r in week 10 i havent even opened a book. its not worth stressing or being scared about darlz, take it easy , u hav all nxt yr 2 stress yr 11 is jst practise for nxt year, dnt be so hard on urself

Monday - eng
Tuesday - gen maths
Wednesday - business studies
Thurs - retail operations

September 22-23
Monday - accounting
Tuesday - legal studies

i agree.

just chill out, you dont want to burn out.

i've already done lmost 1/2 of my exams this week.

although they were difficult; the things they ask if you are extremely limited.
you only kind of have to know the basics.

dont forget that most exams contain 1 essay, and that itself takes one hour; and you usually only have 2 hrs to do the exam.

that means what they ask you prior to that wont be in detail.

you just have to go in and bullshit as much as you can

my exams have 2-3 essays. LOL.

I've done all my exams!
..Except MX1
..And English Adv. Paper 2
..And Photography (But that doesn't count)

I did really well in Maths 2u and English Adv. Paper 1
Didn't do as well in any others but it'll do

I'm freaking out for MX1
If I don't get good enough, I can't do MX2
