I've ordered premium membership and can't get any of the 'premium resources'

really? im not sure then, i transfer money from my b.accoutn into my paypal account sure that thakes a long time a week, but then i transfer large amounts of money so theres alwasy funds in my paypal account, thus lol the payment was instant
