Problems setting up zMail (1 Viewer)

Hey guys, so I received my offer yesterday and I have enrolled etc, but my zmail appears to not be working. I've tried every possible username including (my number)@zmail.unsw.edu.au and (my number)@student.unsw.edu.au. I have contacted IT but they have been no help. Any help would be much appreciated.

(obviously change 1234567 with your ID)

Start here: https://password.zmail.unsw.edu.au/ to generate your zmail password - this is different to your unipass and zpass.

Then log in via https://login.microsoftonline.com/

I used the above link, to change the password, and it gives you one. Copy and paste. Then you create your new one.

I've tried that.

I just get this

401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials.
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

Did you enrol yesterday or today? They said it needs a night to create your account, so it won't be ready until tomorrow if you enrolled today

I enrolled at 9pm yesterday and confirmed my timetable and everything yesterday. So I am not sure why I am having these issues haha.

I'm confused as to how to access the alias account once it's set up. I can log into my zmail account, but I haven't received the email I sent to my alias account to check whether it was working :s
