For b, you can just find the extra vertical and horizontal distance by trigonometry. After that, substitute it into the equation which you should derive from the suvat equations;



Convert it into tan variables only through identity;

Use the quadratic formula after u substitute in all the values. Solve for tan(theta) and you will get two values. Then tan^-1 both values and you should get the angles that work.
