Okiez, this is what i've got;

Acid - a compound that dissociates in water to form H ions. They have a low pH (less than 7), sour taste, are corrosive to metals, neutralise bases, change colours of indicators, contain H and usually release this gas whilst reacting with metals.

Base - a compound that releases OH ions when in solution. They have a high pH (greater than 7), bitter taste, soapy/oily to touch, react with fats forming soaps and neutralise acids. They are often metal oxides, carbonates, bicarbonates and hydroxides.

Salt - The product of reacting acids with bases.

is there anything i missed?

For Acids you could also add: Acids sting or burn the skin, turn blue litmus red, in solution conduct electricity

For Bases you could also add: Bases(more strictly alkalis) turn red litmus blue, are good conductors of electricity

Also:

Acids are proton donors
Bases are proton acceptors

A reaction between acids and bases is called a neutralisation reaction where salt and water is produced

Note Alkali are bases in solution
