Property Major Only At UWS (1 Viewer)

Just wondering if you guys could answer a couple questions for me.
Why is UWS (WSU) the only university to offer a major in property?
And is UWS business atar cut-off so low due to its location or is it due to a poorer standard of teaching etc?

Atar cut-offs consider the course requirements and the demand of the course. This is a new course so the demand is low, hence a low atar cut-off

Have a look at UTS property economics as its the other degree most people doing property do. UNSW also has a real estate major within B commerce
