Will only talk about the subjects I did:

Adv English - didn't use any textbooks, only the texts. However if information about your text is scarce online I might consider getting a textbook that specialises in the analysis of the text.
Ext Maths & Maths - Terry Lee, Cambridge, and Past Papers.

Biology - Biology in Focus, Heinemann and KISS notes (good for short revision sessions 15-20 mins).
Maths - Fitzpatrick, Cambridge and past papers.
English - Use your texts and you can buy the study guides for them if you want they can be found in dymocks sometime.
