yeh the locus was y= -a (ie the directrix)
at least i think thats what i got

i just realised im retareded and worked it out that the tides occur an hour later at the harbour not an hour earlier

DAMNIT

i couldnt do 4ciii, i just left it out coz i was gonna go back to it.. of course i had no time at all

how did u do it??
